Riverwalk Concert Series Presents: Johnny Bulldog

“Johnny Bulldog” is made up of four musicians from Whidbey Island, Johnny “Bulldog” Tristao on lead vocals and guitar, Kevin Johnson on lead guitar and vocals, Jimi “The Slayer” Schlegel on drums and vocals and Marc Strader on bass and vocals. Johnny was lead singer and rhythm guitarist with Creedence Clearwater Revisited touring the world with them and selling over a million copies of the live album “Recollection”. Retiring in 2016 he now does “Johnny Bulldog” full time. Johnny was also lead singer and drummer of the band “People” who had a top ten hit in 1968 with “I Love You” selling four million copies.
