Event Description:
On Healthy Kids Day, children and families have the opportunity to learn about the importance of healthy eating; nutrition and physical activity; mental and emotional well-being; and developing healthy habits. It serves as a great place to inspire kids to get active while teaching families how to develop routines that support mental and physical health at home.
This year, our Healthy Kids Day event takes place from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Saturday, April 18, at the Skagit YMCA (1901 Hoag Road, Mount Vernon).
